Educating Nebraska on the 2008 Farm Bill

2008-08-11
This program is targeted to Extension personnel, agency personnel, agricultural organization and industry leaders, and other stakeholders as a training session on the programs and issues, the educational needs, and the opportunities and strategies for collaboration in delivering farm bill education to Nebraska producers, landowners, rural communities, and others. This program is an initial opportunity to consider the wide scope of the farm bill and complexities of the new programs and policies. This program highlights key issues in a number of program areas and discusses the educational needs and the opportunities to collaborate on educational efforts in each local area.
