Peter Watts, Principal, FSA Consulting & Honorary Associate Professor with the Faculty of Engineering and Surveying at the University of Southern Queensland. Peter Watts co-founded Feedlot Services Australia Pty Ltd (T/A FSA Consulting) in 1994. He is a Principal Consultant with over 25 years of professional experience. This consultancy specializes in irrigation system design, water policy, regulation, and management.  Dr. Watts will discuss current issues as they relate to water policy and how engineers in Australia have developed solutions in response to a growing population, where water is becoming an ever increasing limitation to development.
